I tried to generate a code at Disney but I can't as I'm an existing user. What do I do now? Do I have to wait until 24th March next year, let the sub end and then redeem the code from Samsung? |

Hi @blenky ,
as far as we are aware the offer is available to new and returning Disney+ users (users without an active Disney+ subscription). Have you tried to reach Disney+ support to see if they can accept the code on your current subscription?

Looks like I'll be contacting Disney as well. My paid annual subscription end in March 2023 and the code generated via Samsung is apparently only valid till 23/10/22.
I'm guessing in your case Disney generated you a code you can use on there by using your Samsung code.
Is that correct?

@eszu1979 have you had any luck contacting Disney? I haven't yet bought a samsung device but it's currently saying I'd have to use the code by 30 Nov 2022 but my current disney+ subscription also doesn't end till March 2023, so I'm just wondering if you found a solution otherwise it doesn't seem like it's actually worth anything...

Ok, so I just got in touch with Disney+ and they said the code I have is valid until June 2023. It might be worthwhile getting in touch with Disney+ and seeing when the code will expire.
