Cannot claim Disney Plus on S22 Ultra

I've tried all chrome, edge and internet on the device to claim but it keeps telling me to sign in when I already have. 

The internet page just tells me to scan the QR code. 

I have contact on phone, email and live chat to support team, customer service and promotional team and nobody knows what to do 😞 

Any clue on how to redeem this offer please?

I first tried it in Chrome. Got a Forbidden error page. Then tried chrome again, then samsung internet. The page refreshed with no changes. 

Now it's saying email already exists. 

I haven't gotten any email confirming that it's in process or anything and I remember there being a time limit to claiming the offer as well.

Received email with code and redeemed it successfully. Just needed to be patient. 

Still feedback to whoever built the Code redeem landing page. It might be a good idea to put the 28 days waiting period information in BIG text, instead of the small print at the bottom. (Almost) no one reads the fine print. 

Note: Apologies to the moderators for the duplicate posts. But I had left a complain message in all of them earlier about something not working. So thought  I'd leave a matter resolved message in the same ones as well.

I've been talking to samsung about my issue for nearly 3 months now, since I still am unable to claim my disney plus that came with my phone. Everytime I call up, im assured that my problem will be handled and yet, not a single confirmation email is sent and Im sitting here twiddling my thumbs. Nobody ever responds to my emails either. Absolute joke

I went straight to their social media and someone was able to help. Worth a try

Was having the same problem was on the phone to Samsung and Disney and no luck so I come on here and got it to work 😕 I have the s22 ultra. Changed my password for my Samsung account and deleted all data on the Samsung browsers by holding down the app and clicking the i top right then storage then clear cache and clear data I then went to this site

https://www.disneyplus.com/redeem

And then went to

https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/

And it worked had to pay a pound but I now have the 12 month

Make sure to click the links from the app Samsung members
