Can't claim Disney+ subscription

I've been going round in circles for ages trying to claim my Disney+ subscription. I've tried 2 samsung accounts, 2 browsers and I either get a buffering problem or it says I'm not eligible. Despite me getting emails reminding me to claim the boost. I already have Disney+ but read it could be used when this runs out, ie valid for 12 months. Laughing at the '4 simple steps' message that keeps coming up - it's a nightmare!

I've tried this but when I click Sign In, I accept some terms and conditions, and then it just goes back to the same page asking me to sign in. So I click again and same thing happens. I never see a code. Very frustrating!

Update: I emailed Samsung and once I'd sent them a copy of my receipt, they emailed me back a code. So all good now!

I had the same issue. Kept getting directed back to the same page. Then I googled it and saw somebody said it has to be done in the Google chrome browser app. I was using samsung browser initally. tried this and signed in using galaxy and it directed me to a page with claim now button with a captcha to verify. It then presented a code which I took screenshot of just in case of errors. But it has a  'copy code and go to disney plus' link anyway. This takes you to disney plus website to redeem and create account. Card details have to be inputted though for when the 12 month ends but no issue you can cancel right  before the 12 months period.

Its Worth noting that you do not use an email for existing disney plus account as it will not let you redeem. If needed create another account completely with different email. But only do this within the link youre directed to. Complete the steps and you're good to go - free 12 month disney plus subscription :smiling-face: hope this helps somebody as it was very frustrating when using samsung browser.

Also not sure if this made a difference but register your product on samsung website to your samsung account. You'll need serial number for this. I did this and haven't been asked for any proof of purchase yet, I have s22 ultra.

Try it in Google chrome browser. Apparently it does not work in samsung and Firefox browser or even safari. Very strange to be honest  but somehow it works in Google chrome app

I have tried your advice but it doesnt work for me with a new Z Flip 4 phone from Sky Mobile bought two days ago....

Hi, I can't find the original address because it was from a form. But, if you Google "email CEO Samsung" the results look similar to the path I went down! Hope that helps.

Also I've just found "contactus Samsung UK" comes up with some addresses and forms too!

Got my code told to go through the registration process for Disney + including entering payment details and would be then able to enter redeem code. NO change. WILL NEVER TRUST SAMSUNG AGAIN OR BUY ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS

@VeeG: Please head to Settings > Apps > Chrome > Storage > Clear data. Once this is done, open up the Chrome app and head to https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/. When you are prompted to sign in, please select 'Sign in with Galaxy device' and follow the on screen instructions to claim, making sure to sign in using the same Samsung account details that are registered to your device.

If the issue persists, please provide some more details about the issues you're facing when you attempt to claim your code e.g. do you get any error messages or notifications? Also, which phone do you have, and when and where was it purchased?
