Camera/Reboot issues since 6.1 update (Latest 20/12)

Help and direction needed. 🙏 having a nightmare with UK S22 ultra since 6.1 update. Camera continuously fails, freezes and sends phone to Reboot, sometimes more than once.
Tried clearing camera cache and force stop.
Tried safe mode (still happens)
Full factory reset (still happens)

Anyone any ideas?
Following full reset I used a back up but was selective with downloaded apps and tried safe mode again but this is still happening even in safe mode.

UPDATED 26/08: popped into SAMSUNG shop in Manchester Trafford centre today 26/08. explained the issue to the instore tech guy and also demonstrated the issue. happened first time (as described in earlier post), he suggested that the issues could be software or hardware related following the 6.1 upadte and that even if, as in my case, the phone is out of warranty, the issue would be rectified free of charge ( replace motherboard 🙄 ) as long as it is not consumer damage that has caused the issue.
He also said that the issue could be resolved with 6.1.1 or September security patch (whichever comes first)
Now I'm torn. live with the issue, as it is only the camera that is causing the issue, until later update or go for the repair in a hope they dont blag it as consumer damage and charge me a fortune.
hope this brings some enlightenment to the Samsung Masses with similar 6.1 related issues

Update: 20/12
Continued with my S22 Ultra upto the Black Friday deals. The camera was still failing and with prolonged retries would make the phone reboot.
Since August posts security/bug patches have come and gone and this didn't resolve the problem and with all the posts and updates to the community, still I was told it must be hardware.
So enter the samsung trade-in.....
I thought I'd now trade in my S22 ultra for a shiny new S24 ultra given that the deal was pretty good. I had reservations that during g this process the trade would be declined due to possibility that the phones hardware was malfunctioning.
Fast forward to 2weeks after my trade in and there we are.....
No problem with the trade in!
So was it hardware or was it the many bugs or even the phones inability to run the 6.1 update sufficiently.
We will never know.
For now my S24 Ultra is a top notch purchase.
