@Christoff73: If the problem has persisted following a factory data reset, and while the device is in Safe Mode, then I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team to arrange for your S22 Ultra to be inspected by an authorised Samsung engineer. To do so, head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further.
