Camera/Reboot issues since 6.1 update (Latest 20/12)

Help and direction needed. 🙏 having a nightmare with UK S22 ultra since 6.1 update. Camera continuously fails, freezes and sends phone to Reboot, sometimes more than once.
Tried clearing camera cache and force stop.
Tried safe mode (still happens)
Full factory reset (still happens)

Anyone any ideas?
Following full reset I used a back up but was selective with downloaded apps and tried safe mode again but this is still happening even in safe mode.

@Christoff73: If the problem has persisted following a factory data reset, and while the device is in Safe Mode, then I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team to arrange for your S22 Ultra to be inspected by an authorised Samsung engineer. To do so, head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Can you say how you updated your device? Was it OTA or forced.

Thanks. If you're happy that the phone is running the stock OEM firmware, and it's not running any 3rd party customisations, add ons or apps, then as others have suggested, consider arranging a repair.

Is it worth doing another factory reset, but this time, just leave the phone as stock. Don't use any backups, don't install any apps, don't install any customisations, or change any settings. Don't change anything in developer options ( if you have that enabled).
Does your camera operate normally then?
