Yellow Hue in Radiology Photos on Galaxy A35 5G – Need Solution

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a Galaxy A35 5G and have been using it to capture radiology images against a lightbox. However, I've been experiencing an issue where a yellow hue keeps appearing in the photos. It shows up in a vertical lines manner, especially in the transparent parts of the radiology film where the light passes through from the box.

Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Switching the camera filter to B&W or grayscale worked well, but is there a way to fix it without changing from the original filter?
Also editing the photo with reducing the saturation to -100 resolved the problem, however, applying this method to multiple photos is time-consuming.

I have no idea why it captures the yellow light, but could it be the bulb in the light box? Cameras are able to capture more than the human eye?, sorry I couldnt be more help

I don't think it's the lightbox, as I've used several phones over the past 10 years with the same lightboxes at my workplace and never had this issue before. I'm experiencing it now with my recently purchased A35. Do anybody have any other solutions?

I'm afraid I am at a loss, as never had anything resembling this issue but I don't take picture of people's brains 🧠 🤣🤣🤣
