Hi folks.
I wonder if anyone has a solution to an annoying issue I have with my Samsung Galaxy A54 5G.
When I make a 'phone call, the screen fades to black within 5 to 10 seconds thus obscuring the details of the person I'm calling and the other icons on the screen. Basically, how do I stop the screen from going dark when I'm in the middle of a call?
I've searched the User Manual without success and Google searches have proved fruitless. Hopefully this is a simple fix, so any tips would be appreciated. Thank you for reading.

Hi there 👋 you can enable keep screen, go to "Settings" > "Advanced features" > motion and gestures keep screen while viewing Another option is to use motion and gesture controls to keep the screen on during a call. phones have features like "Double tap to wake" or "Lift to wake" that can turn the screen on without pressing any buttons. Also check proximity sensor it case might be blocking it, also you can adjust screen on time

In the same settings '"keep screen on while viewing" toggle the settings to on but make sure your face keeps showing to the camera otherwise it will go black after a certain time interval has passed.

@Fandango27: Further to the useful tips offered above, please note that your Galaxy A54 5G features a proximity sensor which will place the screen in an idle state when the phone is held to your ear during a call. This is to prevent accidental button presses, however the screen should power back on when the phone is lowered from your ear. If not, simply tap the Side button, or utilise the 'Double tap to wake' feature to quickly restore power to the display.
