Hi, I brought a galaxy S35 just 3 days ago. I update all the software and others. But still my phone battery drains so fast. In over night it - 10 -12 % battery drain. Also I stop/off the few settings that help for the battery life but the problem still with me. When I didn't use my phone it drains the battery. So there is no solution for that.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

When you buy a New Samsung device, it will go through a learning cycle to understand how you use your device. After around 2 weeks (give or take) your device will optimise battery in the background.

Did you use SmartSwitch to bring apps over by the way? If yes many of us on here advocate not doing so for apps, instead downloading direct from Play Store to ensure you have the correct version for your device.

New phones do tend to eat battery in the first week or so, claims to go through a learning cycle and have some background tasks, syncing etc...

What apps seem to be draining the battery according to the log?

Hi @Kumara, and a warm welcome to the community 👋

Your battery is going through learning cycle in first 1-2 weeks.

You can try safe mode to check if it might be 3rd party apps causing battery drain:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Also, check apps who drains battery the most.

You can also try Batterystas reset:
Open phones dialer (autoblocker needs to be turned off and samsung default phones app needs to be used) type *#9900# scroll down till you see batterystats reset press on it.
