Hello @Members_SX3E6qs and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

I appreciate how cherished our data is.

Have a look at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/i-smashed-my-screen-and-cannot-use-the-touchscreen...

I wish you all the best.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hey there

If you are unable to use any of the options provided by @BandOfBrothers (not all require usb / unlocked, have you checked them all) then you'll need to reach out to Samsung Customer Services to arrange a repair.

Note this may result in the engineers performing a Factory Data Reset. Did you have a back up turned on such as Google? We always recommend users to back up their devices so they don't risk losing data if something goes wrong.

A Samsung Service Centre will carry out a factory reset  / flash of the phone which would most probably wipe all the data.

You could try a Highstreet Store that deals in repairs.
