Withhold number?

Hi everyone,  does anyone know how to withhold A21s galaxy number please. I am volunteering and have to withhold phone number. I used 141 as I was told, but then the number isn't recognised and there is nothing in my settings where I can withhold my number.

Launch phone app > 3 dots > settings > supplementary services > show your caller ID > change it to never
