Hiya, My aunt bought a new phone and changed her number. She's forgotten her password for Samsung and I can't a verify number sent to her because she's changed her phone number. Can anyone help me with this please.

Being a forum for customers, we can't really do much—I would reach out to Samsung directly.
However, with passwords, there's not a whole lot you can do here if no other authentication was set up.
Why don't they get the provider to move over their number to the new SIM? Providers can do this pretty quickly
