My partner changed his phone lock on the front of his screen to a pattern & he can't remember. Is there any way he can fix it aa it's a contract through talk mobile.

If your partner has Find My Mobile and location turned on, he may be able to log in via a laptop or pc and change the pattern.

I think the only way is a factory reset using power on, and volume up, which should start it in recovery mode, which should allow a reset. Then restart, using 6figure pin, and/or fingerprint
