Thanks to @Lucyc and @SocietyGirl for the opportunity to test the modern A56 5G and is a pretty attractive Device in the price range
Specifications
Some have noted that the rounded corners but do not mind that myself and does give it a good grip. Samsung have managed to fit in a larger display by trimming the bezel but the display is lighter and thinner. This actually results in an improved display to surface ratio of 88%. If you are not used to thinner displays it might take a little bit to get used to it but I think it is stylish and very functional.

App Screen

Back of A56 5G

Theme
The build appears to be fairly premium though obviously does not have the quality of modern S Devices. It features an aluminium frame with Gorilla Glass Victus +, however I feel
the back appears a bit plasticy.
It does get quite bright (even if will not meet all demands. It reaches 1200 nits in High Brightness Mode and 1900 at Peak Brightness which will be achieved in Bright Sunlight.
However quite a bit of technicality there, I will now focus more on my own experience and practicality.
Set up/Performance
Set up with a breeze and once I started using the Device a fluid experience running One UI7 out of the Box. No issues with Smart Swiitch and I was pretty happy with the speed of the Device, I have found it to be quite snappy. I have not encountered many lags whilst running a number of
Apps or faced restrictions with more power intensive functions, more exploring to do. It runs well with the Exynos 1580 and 8 GB of Ram.
The screen resolution impresses me with the Adaptive Refresh Rate of up to 120 Hz though limiited to FHD+ as you might expect but still the quality is fairly impressive for the price range. It' originally retailed for £499 but the current offer is £424.
Sound Quality
I must say I have found the Sound Quality pretty impressive, it can depend a bit on source but I would rate the internal fairly high (even if does not quite compare to higher end Devices. I am satisfied with the Bluetooth experience and the the quality with my Buds3 Pro listening to a variety of music surpassed my expectations. The Device does have the UHQ upscaler setting.
More exploring to do but I will focus on other areas such as the camera and provide more detail/comparisons later.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
