I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e that has completed an unplanned factory reset (by itself, without any user intervention) at least 5 times since I purchased this phone new from Verizon in December 2019. I know other people with the same device that have experienced this same issue. Is there something I can do to prevent this (other than buying an iPhone like my family suggests)?
Also, the last time this happened I was unable to restore my text and call history from my Google account. Is there a way to manually do this?
Please help! Thanks!

Assuming the preference to reset after a number of failed unlock attempts is not activated or available on your model of phone I'd suggest to visit a Samsung Service Centre @csanch99
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
