My old Samsung Galaxy A71 had a pin that I forgot. I currently use the Galaxy A15 as of now, but I want to give my niece my old phone since I'm not using it. I try to enter recovery mode since I forgot my pin but no matter what I try it just kept on restarting. I tried doing the power button and volume button method that works perfectly in my A15, but it won't work I also tried plugging it in my computer yet it kept on restarting and not going in recovery mode.
Any suggestions?
