Hello again @Smasungman
Can you take a screenshot and then upload that into your thread so we can 👀 these symbols please.
I use the standard Samsung Messaging app and do not see these.
It may be something to do with the secondary Samsung Messaging RCS app if your using that which has an app icon that looks like the bottom option in my upload.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

This is helpful as I am having trouble adding a custom notification sound for this contact. Previously it was working with no problem for years and just stopped working. I have tried troubleshooting in numerous ways however I'm just now being alerted to this Bell icon which I've seen before but never have paid attention to and now I realize I may have accidentally tapped it but at this point I don't know which one is enabled / muted. I've been having my daughter text me all night to test it, well to test all of my other attempts at other things. Now that I just became aware of the Bell function I believe she has gone to sleep and I have no one to test it for me LOL. So will you please just tell me in order to hear the notification sound should the bell be plain or lit up blue? Other articles I have read keep referring to either a clear Bell or a bill with a line through it. That would be simple however with the S10 Plus it is only blue/not blue. So which is which?
