Email scrolling

When will Samsung fix the known email scrolling problem which has been going on for weeks? It is driving myself and husband mad as the screen doesn't scroll when replying to messages. I know there s a fix which involves backing out updates and not allowing any more - but that must surely leave you at risk as updates were there for a reason?

Hi,

We can confirm that an update is coming in the next month for the email app to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to uninstall Android System WebView updates by heading to Settings > Apps > Android System WebView > 3 Dots > Uninstall updates.
