Having an issue with the weather app

Having an issue with the original weather app (Weather Channel) since yesterday 14 Feb, it hasn't updated since 12.52 no idea why it has been working fine since I got the phone. I regularly install the Samsung updates. Any ideas?

That worked for me also. You can type in your location manually.

How do I re add it to my home screen so I can see the weather for the week

It won't let me add great yarmouth manually to the maps location, it comes up but does nothing when I press on it, I've managed to add a number of other locations manually ok, but not that one? And I have tried several times in between adding the others

Finding the same with Norwich this morning! Have tried Great Yarmouth too but not working either

Got mine stuck as well on S23, restarted phone, did not touch cache / data. Clicked on weather app banner on home screen, it asked me to add location for some reason, freshly added one works now. 
Again some BS with precise location, I declined that, all I need is whole city. 
Frikin corporations at their BS again!!!

I have tried many places in Norfolk all not working but have tried places in Essex they work Ipswich not working wonder if it's just some place ?

Way to fix is go to apps and Weather app force stop then clear cache and clear data worked for me.
