Having an issue with the weather app

Having an issue with the original weather app (Weather Channel) since yesterday 14 Feb, it hasn't updated since 12.52 no idea why it has been working fine since I got the phone. I regularly install the Samsung updates. Any ideas?

Had this same issue (galaxy A52S) and clearing data and cache hasn't fixed it, I now can't find any locations at all.

I've tried everything. It works on my tablet but not my phone. Also when I search for Samsung Weather in Galaxy Store my phone does not find it but my tablet does.

I have same issue on my s22 and a friend has the same issue on their brand new s25. All linked to the latest update on Thursday 13th Feb. We are both Norfolk uk based

Same issue here and also Norfolk based. Travel around Norfolk for work and not found anywhere where it's working since last week

I had the same issue (S23), weather not updated since 13.02, fixed by searching and adding the location manually.

Same issue since 13/2 and also Norfolk based. Cannot manually add Norwich but Kings Lynn is ok but not really useful to me.

Same issue. Clearing cache and data, and force stop,  has not worked.  It will pick up most locations in UK but nothing in East Anglia so no use to me anymore!

I can't find Ipswich and that's where I live. I can find everywhere else 😕

I'm the same since 12/02 , when the s24 had a new update. Also im norfolk. Is there a way of reporting it to samsung? I hope they get this sorted!?
