I had the same problem - the last weather update was on February 14th. Clearing the cache didn't help. But today I just tried to delete and re-add the city where I live and whose weather is my default and the app worked as it should (now the weather is updated automatically and manually if needed). I don't use geolocation weather, but most likely this trick will help those who do. Try deleting the city with geolocation and manually adding it to the list. And then delete the permanent city and use geolocation weather again.
