I haven't heard of any issues @Jacqbee
Which apps are disappearing 🤔
Are they still in your MyLibrary in the PlayStore.
They may not be missing but hidden.

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Are you using any themes? If so disable it.
Also go to settings > home screen > toggle off "lock home screen layout"
In the same home screen settings look for "hide apps on home and apps screen " press on in and check if any selected apps is on there.
Try re add apps from app drawer to homescreen by press and holding on it and adding to homescreen by dragging or button should appear "add to home screen "

yes,
on top of my recent IMEI missing, broken speaker- speaker works intermittently (bluetooth earbud works fine) also faced the apps missing from home screen. all apps were out of their folders. Service center did a factory reset and flashed the OS. Only my IMEI and speaker issue not fixed.
