Galaxy A14 USB-C headphones on WhatsApp not working.

Hi all,

I have bought a new Samsung Galaxy A14 for my mother in law, and some new USB-C headphones. They work on my S21 and on my wife's S23 Ultra for music, games and calls (including WhatsApp). However when plugged into the A14, they work with all audio (music, games) other than WhatsApp... Is there a spurious setting that needs changing to allow WhatsApp to come through the headphones? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a similar problem on a A32 5G . Audio for apps but not for calls.

Can you get audio through normal phone calls or is it just with Whatsapp?
