A51 Two Different Icons on the Bottom of the Screen

I have a 3 and a half years old A51 device. I have realised that there are 2 icons on the bottom of the screen which are not the navigation icons. One has a home symbol (icon on the left) and the other is a plus symbol (icon on the middle). They are on the screen no matter which app I am in. I have no idea where and when they came from. I would be happy if you can help.

To me it just looks like screen burn, if they used to be there they could burn into the screen and create a shadow, if they were there for a very long time, could just be that especially if they don't actually work and are always present no matter what screen you are on

Came here searching for an answer but yeah facing the same issue, and i have more icons

you'll notice that these are most probably from instagram (seems like we use it a little too much :p) and even in the top of the screen, seems like screen burn like someone mentioned, dont know the fix
