A52 screen issue

Hello guys, I got this Samsung a52 refurbished today and after doing the most recent software update I seem to be having this issue when the phone is off turning it on

I can still use the phone but I have to soft reset it everytime, the phone is not for me which means I don’t want to have to soft reset it everytime I want to use it. 
Is there a fix I can do for this at home

Return the device. Shouldn't need to troubleshoot a new device.

It’s only happened since an update, I don’t want to return as he needs this phone and I want to be able to fix it before sending it back as a last option

It's a bug in ui7 software update. 100's of reports of it so far.

Seems to be many reports with users experiencing-seems to be update specific and hopefully sorted soon

It seems to mainly do it at low brightness levels, if you've got a high brightness it doesn't do it

My now spare A52s only has updates to UI6.1, android 14, this was the final upgrade for this phone and it works everything fine
