My phone is a A52 and it has been connected to my home Wi-Fi for several years and at high speed. It connects for a few days but gets an error saying "Signing in to Wi-Fi network" and when I open it, it displays a white screen. The internet connection is established but with an exclamation mark next to the network symbol and the error I mentioned. It opens most things but gives an error for a few applications. I restarted the phone. I restarted my modem. I reset the Wi-Fi settings. I deleted the Wi-Fi and logged in again. I turned off the MAC address restriction filter in the modem settings. But the problem still persists.

Im not a supporter, but I love helping others solve their problems. I hope I can help wherever I can.

The problem was solved
After I contacted the service provider's support, they first gave me solutions like resetting and... but my problem was not solved and after several follow-ups, finally the internet service provider completely reset the line and the problem was solved.

Restart your router
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Thanks for your help

I reset and reconfigured the router

But I had an error before and the internet was connected

But now the internet is also disconnected, all connected phones and systems work fine and this is the only problem with my phone

This problem occurred today, I went to work and it was fine before that, when I came back I saw this problem
There are a series of electronic boards used for hacking and I used to work in such a way that it sends a signal from the WiFi range and cuts off the users' access and the user without their knowledge re-enters the password and decrypts it and the WiFi is hacked. Only if the user restarts the modem before that, it automatically connects and the hacker's signal access is cut off and he doesn't notice the password
That's why I restarted the modem first and then went through the other steps and finally I factory reset the router and reconfigured it but it didn't work
It's only like this for my A52 phone and others are connected without any problems
