Samsung A16 5g microphone not working for WhatsApp voice notes and Voice recorder app

I am having the same problem with my new phone Samsung A16 5G. All software is updated and every app is updated as well. This phone's mic is not working properly. Every time I rest the phone or rest the settings only then is the issue resolved and then it comes back, I can record a WhatsApp voice note and I can't record my voice on the Samsung voice recorder app. I bought this phone 20 days ago. My WhatsApp version is 2.24.25.77 and I have attached the software version of my phone -

I assume your mics are OK for calls etc. 

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything. 

Please do double check all your preferences settings both in the phone and in the WhatsApp app. 

You can ask Samsung directly via the feedback section in your Samsung Members App too if you wish.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

There might also be a dedicated WhatsApp group forum and or a faqs section on WhatsApp,  and you can send feedback directly to WhatsApp too.

If all else fails look to any applicable Cooling Off period to have the phone exchanged.

Thank you for your kind response, but now after I visited the service center, they told me that my phone which is hardly a month, it has a motherboard issue, they are going to change that rather give me a replacement. How can I a non tech guy can find about all this in 14 days?

SOLVED.... Easy, I have uninstalled and/or disabled many of the preinstalled apps. 

To me, only 3 apps should be given access to the microphone; ie: Messages, Whatsapp and Camera.
