I have a Samsung A71 phone SM-A715F/DS 2020. I noticed some weird behaviors a long time ago which I will list in the order of discovering them.
Lagging and screen freezing more often
Mic stops functioning at all
Anything that is used in a normal phone call is protected and can not be used (including the microphone, earpiece-speaker)
I can't listen to WhatsApp records using the normal earpiece speaker. I must listen to it using the main speaker at the bottom
Videos not playing on any platform or application. It only starts for a second. Then stops and goes backward 0.5 a sec. Then again play for a second and stop and go back again. (The same effect happens when I am watching a video and then answering the call. The video stops and after the call, the video is automatically played again but goes backward for half a second. Which is normal behavior after a phone call)
The lock screen takes a questionably long time to switch to the home screen after unlocking it
I tried Malwarebytes and got the premium for 14 days for scanning the full phone but it did not catch anything at all.
IMPORTANT NOTES!! :
1- When I restart the phone thing goes back to normal until I do something I didn't know what is it. Or it is linked to a certain period to start malfunctioning again.
2- When restarting in safe mode everything is very fine and there is no problem encountered whatsoever.
3-I tried format factorying. I backed up all my data -including the apps- and then formed the phone at all. Started again from zero and used the backup I kept on a flash drive. before setting the flash no problem was encountered (or the period didn't start in time I used the backup). until I used the backup then the problem did come back and malfunctioned the same effects
