my phone doesn't ring when i hold it on my hand

hi i'm having a samsung galaxy A52s 5G with Android 14 and one UI 6.1

when i'm holding my phone or it's in my pocket, it doesn't make a sound when some one call

but if it's on the table it will ring.

i've turned off mute with gesture.

If your Samsung phone isn't ringing when someone calls, it's likely due to one of several common reasons, including silent mode, Do Not Disturb, or low ringer volume. You should first check these settings

lol... this is basically the equivalent of "is it plugged in? do you have it turned on? try pushing the button with the circle and a line through it"
