Galaxy A35 battery drain issue

Hello dear,

I bought galaxy A35 in december 2024 

And it's battery darin so fast

It's SOT is About 4 hours

I want to fix this issue 

Please help for sloved it

Hi welcome to samsung community, could you please make sure that you have downloaded all the apps from playstore not transferred from other smartphone, for a new mobile phone, it takes some time (2-3 week) to learn the usage pattern. Don't use any 3rd party apps, go for a battery reset on settings, clear cache.

But my device is heating and drain battery so high 😪

Have you do the diagnostic test on device itself, please check My updates are pending too. Even after all , the problem persist contact service center as soon as possible
