@A12Essex: Wi-Fi calling, if available for the Galaxy A12 on Tesco mobile, will need to be activated on your account before it will be visible in the settings. As per the above, please contact Tesco Mobile directly to enquire about activating the feature on your device. If you receive confirmation that it has been successfully enabled, please restart your A12 to push through any updates from your network, then head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling > On.
