"Samsung Music" app: stuttering, & no navigation inside tracks.

Samsung Music offers volume normalisation, which the Poweramp music-playing app doesn't offer. With Poweramp I have to keep turning up and/or turning down the volume of different tracks. So I would love Samsung Music to deal with the two problems described below.
1. After the recent update of Samsung Music playback of my FLAC files still involves some stuttering! Because of the stuttering I have been using Poweramp, which doesn't stutter at all., EVER. Obviously, as Poweramp doesn't stutter, then Samsung Music should be able to play without stuttering.
2. Some of my drama tracks are half an hour long, an hour long, or even two and a half hours long, and I have found that after I have needed to pause the playback (because somebody calls at my front door, or whatever), when I then restart the playback, Samsung Music starts to play the entire track from its beginning! Moreover, I cannot incrementally work my way along the track to find the location where I'd previously paused the performance! This is a serious drawback. Until it is solved I have to play long tracks in Poweramp, where moving to any point in a track is easy to do. So, please devise a way to allow users of Samsung Music to resume the playing of a track, and/or to navigate through a track to any desired point.
Please rectify these two issues.
