 it takes me an hour but still no progress I've restarting my phone but still doesn't work I'm using a55 5g. can someone help

Switch to a WiFi network. Mine was going to be an hour on 4G. As soon as I switched to WiFi it took 3 minutes

Have you tried turning off aeroplane mode

I have same issue or problem,  did you resolved it already? I don't have any idea what to do.  Hope someone can help

Yah I already fixed it. All I did was to reset my phone and all done.
