@A12Essex: Wi-Fi calling, if available for the Galaxy A12 on Tesco mobile, will need to be activated on your account before it will be visible in the settings. As per the above, please contact Tesco Mobile directly to enquire about activating the feature on your device. If you receive confirmation that it has been successfully enabled, please restart your A12 to push through any updates from your network, then head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling > On.

I am with Lebara on the Vodafone network and my wifi calling option is not shown on the Connection settings page. Lebara tell me they have switched on wifi calling but that has not switched on the icon on my phone. I have Android update 14. I have done all the other things suggested by others on the internet. Can anyone advise please. Model A54 5G
