Galaxy A53 phone

I am unable to receive calls but can make them and I am unable to send text messages but can receive them. Can anyone help please.

What mobile provider are you with? O2 and Sky Mobile went down and have been down for the past 4-5 hours (I'm on Sky and have had the same issue, I initially thought it was an issue with my phone and not my provider)

Yeh I can't make calls am going to cancel my standing order if they don't hurry up and sort it out like

I can make and receive calls on my A53 ok after the may update. I'm using Tesco mobile which is 02.
