The panel of the mobile was broken, after getting it changed, when I checked the fingerprint, it was written above the fingerprint that 'Fingerprint Celebrations' Needed contect samsung help.Kindly please tell me how to fix this fingerprint is not working.SAMSUNG A31

May I assune the replacement was carried out by an authorised Samsung Service Centre @Khurram azeem 

If so go back to them for support.
