Intermittent signal issues with mobile data and calling - A53 5G

does anyone know why my samsung galaxy A53 5G phone is having intermittent signal issues with mobile data and calling since the latest update? I've tried everything from changing the sim card, to wiping the cache partition and nothing so far has worked, carrier claims it isn't their side that has the issue, so I can only presume an update caused it as mobile data was working fine before the 6.1 update

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

You could reset network settings tonsee if that helps under Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections.

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Feedback can be sent to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.

Experiencing the same problem. A53 was working fine before the latest software update. It now constantly disconnects! Tried resetting WiFi and Network Connections without success. Only way to regain connectivity is to reboot. Very frustrating as making phone virtually useless!

Are you also getting an issue with making phone calls too? And phone calls frequently cutting out?

Yes. All issues seem to have started since I downloaded the latest software update.

I've spoken to samsung technical support and they can't find what the issue is, they also direct you to a repair shop which is not what I want as I don't have the funds to get a phone repaired that was broken via a software update

Yeah then that is an issue that samsung needs to fix as it affects important functionality

Just had an official response from the samsung members team, they have passed on my feedback regarding the intermittent signal issues to their experts and they are going to look into it further
