You could also try if necessary > Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
A diagnostic tool 🔧 can be found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store can assess your phone if necessary https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
