Keyboard a05s

Theres app shortcuts on my phone. But i do not have aCMD, or CTRL button. How do i trigger these

I originally use the samsung keyboard, this is keys cafe which is a goodlock app i use to customise it. That picture isnt my keyboard its just goodlocks extra buttons i can add and ctrl isnt there.
