Hi, and welcome to the community

When you factory reset, did you immediately install any backups? If you did, then try another factory reset, but this time, leave the device as stock. Don't install any backups or 3rd party apps / customisations. If you are still getting constant disconnecting, then log into your routers admin page and check which devices are connecting to the different WiFi bands. Ideally, you want to be connecting to the 5ghz band. If you have the 2.4Ghz band and you find that many devices are connecting to it inc your phone, then this could be your problem. The 2.4Ghz is not ideal for heavy traffic.

Thanks. Even though it does it with other routers, you can't be sure how many other devices are also using its 2.4Ghz band. You'll need to log into the routers' admin page and check. You say your home router is 5ghz, but it might be split into both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.

Have a look also at 'Connectivity labs' on your device. Settings>Intelligent Wifi. Tap on Intelligent Wifi several times until Connectivity Labs is activated.

Have a look to see what band your phone is using.

Also, use the Home Wifi inspection and start the test.

Bit of a long shot but you're not near an airfield or anything with radar equipment are you? These have been known to interfere with the newer wifi 6 protocols

Thanks. Can you check your MAC Settings

Settings>Connections>Wi-Fi. Tap the cogwheel next to your router. Tap View more. Tap MAC address type. Change it to 'Phone MAC'.

If the issue persists, then try a hard reset

With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Thanks. Have you spoken to your network provider and also asked them to troubleshoot?

If so, and despite all your troubleshooting attempts, including a full factory reset, you are still experiencing this issue, then consider reaching out to Samsung support. You can do this via your Samsung members app. Just head to the Support section and tap Request service. Select your product and your model. The next screens will involve some troubleshooting and at the end, if still not resolved, then you can arrange a repair.
