A52s Android 14 - Screen Timeout keeps resetting to 30 seconds

i have turned off battery saving options.  i have no "optimize settings" and no "advanced" under  "device care", like other guides tell.

how do i get rid of the reset back to 30 seconds?! it´s frustrating and annoying af!
