Email not showing in Sent items

Can anyone help. If I spend a while composing an email to send from my galaxy A52 phone, once I've sent it, it isn't showing in my Sent items which is really annoying when I have spent ages typing it. I can't find it anywhere so I have no guarantee it has been sent. It only happens when I spend a while composing an email. It isn't stuck in the outbox nor the drafts folder. On some occasions I have asked the recipient 'did you get my email' and they'll say yes so why can't I see it anywhere? Thanks

Go to General setti gs......leave conversation Box unchecked.

I'm having the same issue. I can see them on outlook but not on my samsung email app. I have deleted so many messages to make space and still nothing?

This has just started to happen with me on bt-email. What a good idea to cc self. I'll do that.

I was having problems too. I did the conversation box thing and it made no difference but I have two Gmail accounts and somehow I was sending from one account and trying to see it in the other one and yes, everything is synced.  So now when I send an email I need to make sure I send it from the correct account
