WiFi calling disappeared?

Since doing the July update WiFi calling has completely disappeared from my phone? Tried accessing it through quick menu - nothing. Tried the longer way through calls and settings - still nothing. Tried turning the phone off rebooting without SIM card then putting SIM card back in - still nothing!

Any one been hit with the same problem & found a solution?

You may need to contact the network you are with. Maybe something they need to do their end.

Thank you! I've give them ago too. Said they changed some settings at their end let's hope it works in the next 24 hrs 😊

Appreciated if youd return to say if there was a solution to the problem. I'm

 having the same problem - that WIFI Calling stopped (in UK) on 8th August 2025. There is no WIFI Calling Switch in my Settings menu. Couls it be 'removed' in Updates affeting newer  models? No support since last year  for 4yo 'old' A12's!

No problem! It's all controlled by the network provider. Not sure if the update did have anything to do with it or it was bad timing. If you call your network and ask them to turn on WiFi calling for you the symbol should come back in your main menu after 24 hours

Thankyou and so sorry didnt read 'til today as un-used to Forums.  May I ask which UK provider you are with?

I am with Tesco Mobile riding on the O2  network , and I can't trace anyone there who knows anything  about reconfiguring/restoring the missing WIFI Calling Toggle or  why it and WIFI calling have gone missing since 8th August. I need to say /prove its possible! And thank you once again - for your encouragement!

Give Tesco a call and don't let them fob you off. Tell them a small white lie of you've spoken to a Samsung representative and you've been advised that WiFi calling is controlled by the network and nothing to do with the phone makers themselves. Ask them to enable WiFi from their end. Once they've done it restart you phone and you should be good to go. Failing any of that if it's possible for you to go to a Tesco store where they have mobile customer service I'm sure they'd help you out too. Good luck & hope you get your WiFi calling back soon
