Help! My Samsung A34 keeps disconnecting from WiFi saying 'connected without Internet'. However Internet is fine and coming through on all other devices. I've followed all steps including forgetting network, clearing cache partition, soft reset, factory reset etc. I've even had a new router from my Internet company. Nothing works. This connectivity issue only seems to happen on my WiFi at home. If I turn WiFi off and on again on my phone it's fine and jumps back into action.....the problem occurs a number of times per day but can be ok for periods of time in the day. It appears the phone will have to go to Samsung repair to be looked at, but I'm concerned that the problem is intermittent and a) it might not happen whilst they look at it and b) it seems to only happen on my WiFi at home. It's still under warranty however if the technicians can't find a fault it'll be marked as 'fine' which it isn't. Do you have any advice, anything I can try that might fix it myself?

I'd speak to your internet provider too, in case it's a problem at their end.

Thank you for your reply. I have spoken with them, they have run tests and said its fine. All other devices run fine and never drop out so I do think the Internet connection side of things is fine.... really feels like a phone issue....

Does it still happen in Safe mode?

I think it did, but tried that a few weeks ago and it's not fresh in my mind. I'll try this again. Would this pinpoint it as an app issue that's interfering if it's fine in safe mode?

It could do, yes, as it disables all 3rd party apps and customisations. If you do boot to Safe Mode, you may need to toggle off flight mode as this sometimes enables itself.

Do you still get an Internet connection using just your mobile data?

Ok thank you for this information... really helpful. Would the factory reset not have resolved any 3rd party app interference?

I do get an Internet connection with just my data, it's just the WiFi connection that keeps being dropped via the phone. I'm having to manually turn it off and on, on my phone to kick it back into action each time.

A factory reset would certainly solve many issues. I suggested Safe Mode in case you'd installed any 3rd party stuff after your reset.

I'd still be tempted to blame the router. Log into into the routers setting page (use a PC). Check the phones connection status and report back.

Oh good call ok...yes I'll do this. It is a new router though (problem happening on old router and new one) and the same issue still happening...does this help pinpoint anything?
