After Tuesday nights update I have no mobile data connection. Been thrown all the settings. Not run out of data. I have no idea what to do.

Hi @lizward and warm welcome to the community 👋

Have you tried reset your mobile network settings?
Settings > general management > reset > reset mobile network settings

If so do you have any other phone where you can put your sim card in and see if it works on the other device? It might be a carriers outages you should give them a call to check if there's any issues.
