Why aren't you using a samsung charger?
If a samsung charger wont work i could understand you asking samsung to do something.
It would be impossible for samsung to test using every manufacrurers chargers.
Nor to test theur phones with all the dufferent apps iut there.
It is thise manufacturers who have the responsibility of saying if their products will work with samsung. If they then don't you can complain.
If the chargers are still under warranty, then return them for replacement

I use a Galaxy A35 and a Galaxy Tab A9+. Both of them charge more slowly compared to other brands. It was like this when I bought them, and I thought a software update might fix it, but nothing has changed. I don’t understand why some people insist that we need to buy Samsung chargers. In the past, tablets and phones used to come with chargers included, but now they sell them separately under the false excuse of “thinking about the environment.” If chargers from other brands don’t work properly, then why are they even produced? People’s obsession with brands only harms us. A Belkin charger exploded while charging my phone and tripped the circuit breaker in my house. I tried an Anker charger, but since it charged slowly, I returned it. Right now, I’m using an Spigen ArcStation Pro GaN 452 charger, but this one also charges slowly.
