Help! My Samsung A34 keeps disconnecting from WiFi saying 'connected without Internet'. However Internet is fine and coming through on all other devices. I've followed all steps including forgetting network, clearing cache partition, soft reset, factory reset etc. I've even had a new router from my Internet company. Nothing works. This connectivity issue only seems to happen on my WiFi at home. If I turn WiFi off and on again on my phone it's fine and jumps back into action.....the problem occurs a number of times per day but can be ok for periods of time in the day. It appears the phone will have to go to Samsung repair to be looked at, but I'm concerned that the problem is intermittent and a) it might not happen whilst they look at it and b) it seems to only happen on my WiFi at home. It's still under warranty however if the technicians can't find a fault it'll be marked as 'fine' which it isn't. Do you have any advice, anything I can try that might fix it myself?

I can... but when I just went on there... it's sent my laptop off 5Ghz and onto the 2.4Ghz. Left my phone on the 5Ghz but my phone now says 'connected without Internet'....so I've switched the 5Ghz off. I have done this before and selected only one band but it did this on either band....so didn't help before.....

That's weird. If you disable the 2.4Ghz band, then I am unsure why your laptop should connect to it. Everything should connect to 5Ghz. This behaviour leads me back to the router being the issue. Just to confirm, you can connect fine to other people's routers in other locations and get internet? It's just on your router you can't?

Ah sorry, that's my miscommunication. So when I signed on to router setting before I disabled the 5Ghz, I noticed my laptop had been assigned 2.4Ghz band. My mobile was still on 5Ghz. At that point my phone had the issue of no connection....so that's I guess why the laptop was on the other band. So at that point I disabled 5Ghz to force it to the other band. That's where I've left the router settings

I'd disable the 2.4Ghz band all together and just have the 5Ghz band active.

I've had exactly the same issue as you, but on an A54, I'm with Virginmedia, but the same "connected but no internet" problem exists. I also changed the router to WiFi 6, but the problem still exists on occasion. Think I'll check my router settings as has been suggested.
