When I connect the mains to the fone it occasionally freezes, to resolve either unplug and replug or press the power button and log in.

But as I need my fone for work, I have tied to use power banks but the fone is useless as constantly freezing. 

Never had freezing problems with my old fone(moto g6) using the same same leads/plugs and power banks.

Any ideas how sort it?

Try wiping phone partition cache
• Power off the device.
• a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.
