Since updating my Samsung A14 to One Ui 7.0 the phone is freezing what shall do?

Have you put Samsung remote where they take over phone I have had same problem in the beginning I started double clicking side button worked all the time recently all the upgrades caused more problems phone excellent I am trying not to take upgrades I have asked no one came back to me Michael Thurman 1948

It's a bug with the update, force restart the phone if it's frozen (power and volume down for around 7 seconds). An update should be out soon to fix it

Only answer is to throw it away and buy a new phone - obviously not Samsung as they treat their customers with contempt.
