A55 making a loud noise during calls

I have an A54 and a A55 and both phones are making a loud noise during calls but not all the time please help

I sometimes get this when phoning the missus. Seriously though, have you checked with your network provider in case it's a problem at their end.

Hahaha........yes I have and there is no issues. I had it happen with my a54 thought it was the phone so I got an A55 only had it 24hrs and the same thing happened. No one seems to know why.......very annoying

Can you try it in Safe mode in case it's a 3rd party app or customisation that's causing the interference.

I never asked, but is it happening with incoming or outgoing calls? I presume your speakers and microphone in general are working okay? There's a diagnostic test for each in the support section of your Samsung members app, if you want to give that a go.

it happens on all calls but not all the time and only I can hear it

Do you have any Bluetooth connections going on whilst taking these calls?

@icklej: Can you describe the noise you're hearing, and does it persist throughout the call? If you place the call on Speaker when the issue occurs, can you still hear it? Have you noticed if the noise occurs when you're in a specific location?

No I made sure bluetooth and wifi calling was off
