Help! My Samsung A34 keeps disconnecting from WiFi saying 'connected without Internet'. However Internet is fine and coming through on all other devices. I've followed all steps including forgetting network, clearing cache partition, soft reset, factory reset etc. I've even had a new router from my Internet company. Nothing works. This connectivity issue only seems to happen on my WiFi at home. If I turn WiFi off and on again on my phone it's fine and jumps back into action.....the problem occurs a number of times per day but can be ok for periods of time in the day. It appears the phone will have to go to Samsung repair to be looked at, but I'm concerned that the problem is intermittent and a) it might not happen whilst they look at it and b) it seems to only happen on my WiFi at home. It's still under warranty however if the technicians can't find a fault it'll be marked as 'fine' which it isn't. Do you have any advice, anything I can try that might fix it myself?

If they supply different ones, then there's no harm in asking (re insisting). If you have the time or inclination, then post on the Talk Talk forum. Try to get a moderator / staff member involved as they might have ways of escalating your issue.

Oh fantastic, thank you. You are super helpful.... can't thank you enough.

I've contacted them and for now they've put my WiFi on another channel as mine looked congested. Then after that we can look to other options.... I'll monitor it over next few days and see how this goes.

I'll definitely look at the Talk Talk forum... hadn't thought of that. Great advice 👍

Well, I'm glad something is getting done to assist you. No, I'm not affiliated with Samsung in any way. Just a user like yourself and happy to offer help where I can. Good luck, and thanks for the kind words.

I've just posted of the Talk Talk forum... hopefully someone can help. Even though they put me on 'another channel' the problem has just occurred again... so it's not fixed. I'm going mad here! I'm really unsure whether it's a phone issue or Talk Talk wifi issue. All other mobiles in the house are fine and don't get booted off, their signal remains stable but I lose my connection....so do you think that brings us back to it being a mobile fault?

Sorry to ask another question.... just wondering your thoughts....

Im sorry to hear that, and don't worry about asking. That's what we're here for.
Can you try. Settings>general management >reset. Tap Reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings.

Just thinking. Going back to your router settings. Can you turn off the 2.4Ghz band and just leave the 5Ghz active.
